On October 10，After a series of testing and comissioning, One set water-based drilling cuttings treatment system will be shipped to a large drilling project in Sichuan province of China.
According to the water-based mud characteristics of shale gas drilling siteand and customer requirements, Brightwway has designed and customized a complete set of Drilling Cuttings Treatment System for water-based treatment for this project. The mainly equipment of the system include: shale shaker, filter press, screw conveyor, cuttings collection tank, broken rubber tank, reclaimed water collection tank, semi-automatic adding chemical system.
This process scheme of water-based mud treatment: the drilling mud is collected through the cuttings collection tank and then transferred to the shale shaker through the tubular screw conveyor. the large solid cuttings are piled up in the solid waste yard after treatment; the liquid phase was fully mixed with the liquid solution in the broken rubber tank after the separation and then entered into the filter press for solid-liquid separation. The treated clean water enters the reclaimed water collection tank. The dried solids are discharged to solid waste yards.
