On September 16th, after completing the final series of inspection and commissioning procedures, a set of oil sludge separation system of Brightway was officially hoisted and ready to be sent to Finland.
The oil sludge separation system is mainly used to separate and treat the sludge produced by the sludge treatment system. In the early communication with customers, the technical engineers fully considered the customer’s site equipment configuration, sludge composition, separation requirements and other factors, and integrated the entire oil-based treatment system and the sludge separation treatment system. The core separation equipment such as the cyclone desander, desilter, and shale shaker have been redesigned and optimized to improve the processing capacity and performance of the equipment. The system is designed to handle up to 120 cubic meters per hour, and can meet the needs of the customer’s on-site muddy water separation.
In the field of oil sludge treatment, it is the goal pursued by Brightway to provide customers with efficient integrated solutions for oil sludge treatment. Summarize equipment application experience, continuously optimize and improve equipment, and improve equipment performance to meet users’ different usage scenarios and needs. At present, the oil sludge separation system has been hoisted and will be sent to Shanghai Port. It is expected to arrive in Finland next month.
