1. When stop using shale shaker, the mud on shale shaker should be immediately rinsed with water.
2. Non-metallic tool to clear debris on the shaker screen.
3. Before starting the mud agitator and after long-term of mud storage in the tank, please use the mud gun to clean and break up the deposited mud and sand around the mud agitator impeller, otherwise it would stirrer overload damage.
4. Always check whether there is leaking phenomena of leaking at the mug gun joints. If yes, replace the seals, disassemble and clean the union once every six months, put calcium-based grease at the turn cap and check the seals wear.
5. When mud gun works, if found no mud turning phenomenon around the mud gun, you should check whether the lower part of the nozzle exit is blocked.
6. Desander must be used after the shale shaker, and the underflow nozzle at the lower part of cyclone must be adjusted depending on the granularity of debris.
