The ZDY6500LQK full hydraulic crawler drilling rig for coal mines is an integral, high-torque, full-section remote-control crawler drilling rig. It is suitable for low-position inseam borehole drilling and cross layer full-section drilling. It can realize long-distance remote-control operation, and takes up little space during transportation and operation. The drilling rig has outstanding advantages in double-layer or multi-layer boreholes drilling process in thin coal seams and drilling construction of gas drainage borehole in adjacent layers. It is widely used in drilling construction for coal mine gas extraction, geological exploration, water detect, etc.
With borehole drilling capacity up to 300m deep at 133mm diameter, ZDY6500LQK drill fills the gap of domestic coal mine low roadway and thin coal seam gas drainage crawler drill market and promotes the progress of intelligent technology level of crawler drilling rigs. The rig adopts a safe and reliable electro-hydraulic dual control system, which realizes remote control. It solves the problem of sight blocking during construction of low hole and full section, and ensures the operator’s sight and safe distance. Adopting new folding luffing device, the drill has the characteristics of horizontal transportation and vertical drilling to meet the space requirements of narrow roadway. The new amplitude transformer device allows the rig to start drilling at low position and full section, with a minimum horizontal borehole start position of 730mm high. The drilling rig adopts a sliding rail type multi-stage stabilizing column device, and the single stabilization height can reach 3400mm, which can meet the stabilization requirements on most roadways and reduce the labor intensity of workers when stabilizing the rig. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic brake locking device, which solves the problem of small shaking of main engine at high frequency in the construction, so that to improves the stability of drilling rig. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts an integrated drilling function valve group with a variety of control functions such as linkage operation and anti-sliding, which is highly integrated and optimized. It reduces the number of pipelines, connection points and leakage points, and improves the system reliability and maintainability.
