ZDY4000LD(C) full hydraulic underground directional drilling rig is a compact small-scale directional drilling rig integrated with drill unit, power pack, operation panel, explosion-proof laptop, flow meter and emergency stop switch. It is applicable to various drilling operation such as mud drive downhole motor directional drilling, air drive downhole motor directional drilling and regular rotatory drilling. Application of the rig includes directional drilling operations for gas drainage, water detection or discharge, grout injection, exploration of geological structure, detection of seam thickness, water injection into coal seam, etc.
(1) The drilling rig meets the construction requirements of both mud drive downhole motor and air drive downhole motor. With air drive downhole motor, the system can also be used in soft and outburst-prone coal seams (Protodyakonov Coefficient (f)≤0.5).
(2) The width of the machine in transportation condition is only 0.95m. Therefore it has strong adaptability and can adapt to the multi-purpose drilling construction in narrow roadway and underground space.
(3) Integrated control valve design allows the control console has compact in structure, less hose connection and high reliability, which is also convenient for later maintenance.
(4) The rig has large adjustment ranges of drill azimuth, height and inclination with hydraulic angle adjustment device. Azimuth angle can be adjusted from-90° to +90°, and the horizontal lifting height is 0.65m. The horizontal drilling height can be adjusted from 1.25 to 1.90m. The tilt angle of drilling can be adjusted from -90° to +90°.
(5) The feeding system adopts steel-to-steel structure guide rail for wear resistance, good performance and long service life. Two-sided rotatable front top device is convenient for on-site adjustment of stable points. It can maintain stable and reliable when stabilize the rig, and it can also be easy to deploy the BOP device.
(6) The rig has a stable retractable stabilizing device. It can be adjusted according to the needs during on-site construction. The distance between the four lower legs can be adjusted from 0.95m to 1.39m which leads wider support width and higher stability.
