ZDY4000L (A) full hydraulic crawler drilling rig is a compact narrow-body crawler drill that can conduct borehole drilling in various underground conditions. It can adapt to the narrow underground roadway for over-conveyor, multi-layer and large-angle borehole drilling (Fig.3-5). In transportation condition, the width of the whole machine is only 950mm which allows the drill to be adapted in extreme narrow space.
ZDY4000L (A) crawler full hydraulic drilling rig adopts multi-degree of freedom luffing mechanism, which is easy to be adjusted and stabilized in drill site. Its main technical features include:
(1) The width of the whole machine is only 0.95m, which has strong adaptability in underground condition. Thus, it can adapt to the multi-purpose drilling construction in extreme narrow roadway, for example excavation roadway.
(2) Integrated control valve: The control console is compact in structure and has no hose connection inside, which is convenient for later maintenance. It adopts integral valve blocks and has high reliability.
(3) Angle adjustment device adopts liquid drive rotary reducer. The angle adjustment process of the drill is hydraulic control. The azimuth angle and dip angle of borehole can both be adjusted in a range from -90 to +90 °. Horizontal lifting of the drill unit is 0.65m, which allows the borehole opening height can be adjusted in the range from 1.25 to 1.90m.
(4) Anti-sliding down module can effectively prevent the power head from sliding down (under the effect of gravity) during large angle drill up construction.
(5) Feeding device adopts steel-to-steel structure guide rail which has significate advantages including high wear resistance, good performance and long service life. Two-sided rotatable front top device is convenient for on-site adjustment of stable points. It can fix the drill reliably and deploy the BOP device easily.
(6) Retractable support prop: The rig has a stable expansion function under the rig. It can be adjusted according to the needs during the construction. The distance between the four lower support legs can be adjusted from 0.95m to 1.39m, the support width is larger and it lead to higher stability.
(7) The front rod clamp adopts large stroke cylinder. Upper part of the rod clamp can be opened easily for deploying large diameter drill tools. The good position neutrality can avoid drill rod damage caused by the clamp and reduce drill rod abrasion.
