The principle of oil sludge treatment plant:
Step 1: The separation of stones, weeds, tree roots and other debris in the oily sludge through the separation equipment.
Step 2: Use heating tank equipment, mixing equipment and dosing equipment.Utilize the different physical properties of oil-water specific gravity. The water, oil and silt are fully stratified by stirring the water temperature and dosing equipment. The specific gravity of oil is small and attached to the uppermost layer, the specific gravity of water is in the middle, and the specific gravity of sediment is large to settle at the bottom layer.
Step 3: Use three-phase separation equipment. This step can also pass through oil sludge treatment plant. After sludge enters the sludge treatment equipment, the water can be reused in the heating tank or further processed by the water treatment equipment.
