During drilling process, the desander,desilter and hydrocyclone assume the task of desanding ,desilting and reduce the content of solid phase in drilling fluid. It’s separation effect will influence drilling speed significantly.

The sand discharge of hydrocyclone used at present are normal mouth opening (directly outside the row), called open type hydrocyclone. The separation effect of the hydrocyclone is controlled by the structure size considerable influence (especially the sand outlet diameter), and difficult to control.

Therefore, a new type hydrocyclone has been developed,it can effective treatment of drilling fluid, the sand outlet is under pressure, called seal type cyclone separating device, it will replace the desander, desilter and mini cyclone function, sand and mud removing effect is good. And it will greatly simplify the solid control system used now.
