Oily sludge treatment method one: Decanter centrifuge treatment method
The main technical process is to put the oily sludge in the mixing tank to complete the filtration process, and then use the screw pump to send to the pretreatment device for heating and homogenization treatment, and then enter the high-speed decanter centrifuge for three-phase separation of oil, water and sludge.
Oily sludge treatment method two: Solvent extraction process treatment method
A certain amount of extraction solvent is added to the sludge to make the extraction reaction between the solvent and oily sludge, so as to separate the oily contents contained in the sludge.
Oily sludge treatment method three: Chemical heat treatment method
The oily sludge is diluted with water and then heated, and a certain amount of chemical reagents are added during the heating process to repeatedly clean, thereby promoting the desorption or aggregation of the oil from the solid surface.
Oily sludge treatment method four: High temperature cracking treatment method
The main technological process is to separate the oily sludge by vibrating screen to remove large particles of solids, and then send it to a rotary processor through a conveyor belt. In the rotation process, the oily sludge is heated to 450℃-500℃ for oily sludge separation treatment. The volatile oil and gas is recovered through the condensation of circulating water, and the high temperature sludge can be discharged after cooling down.
Oily sludge treatment method five: Curing and burning treatment method
The main technological process is to use hardener to solidify the oily sludge and mix with coal in a certain proportion to burn as boiler fuel, or to burn the crude oil deposited in the oily sludge for high temperature combustion to generate electricity. Its great advantage is that all the oil in the oily sludge can be converted into heat energy, so as to achieve effective use and no pollution. This technology has good combustion utilization effect for various types of oily sludge.
