Depending on the number of layers a shale shaker has, Brightway shale shakers can be divided into three different types: single-deck shale shakers, double-deck shale shakers and triple-deck shale shakers. The major difference among them is not the processing capacity, but the diameter of the particles in the mud after being processed by the shale shaker. Triple-deck shale shakers can generate mud having the finest particles due to the multiple decks of screens they have. On the contrary, the diameter of particles in the mud generated by the single-deck shale shakers is much larger. Based on the requirements for mud quality at each project, shale shakers with different numbers of decks can be adopted. Triple-deck shale shakers are also devised with the aim of replacing the desanders and desilters in the solids control system because the particle diameters in the mud processed by triple-deck shale shakers are almost the same as mud processed by desilters.
Depending on the processing capacity, Brightway has been making different types shale shakers with capacities of 40m³/h, 60m³/h, 80m³/h, 120m³/h, 240m³/h, 360m³/h and other customized shale shakers with different capacities for oil field drilling and other solids control projects.
