Recently, a 250 m³ desanding plant of Brightway has been ready for delivery to Malaysian customers.
This desanding plant is equipped with shale shaker, desander and desiler, and its designed treatment capacity is 250 m³/h. The system is mainly designed and manufactured according to the working conditions of the customer’s pipe jacking construction project. There is a lot of clay and silt in the soil of the customer’s construction site, and the project itself has high standards and requirements for liquid phase treatment. In order to meet the needs of the customer’s back-end treatment for decanter centrifuge, this desanding plant has specially designed a desiler unit based on the traditional desander unit. The mud particle size after the system treatment can be controlled at 15-47 microns, which can meet the further separation of the back-end decanter centrifuge.
