One set mixing system consists of:
3 Sets of Mud Agitator, BWJBQ11, 11Kw, 60RPM, with galvanizing treatment, best anti-rust performance and no corner missed in the process.
3 Sets of Mud Gun, BWNJQ50-3, 50mm valve ID, with nice sealing performance of the nozzle, it can reach a big jet strength.
1 Set of centrifugal pump, BWSB6×5-12J , 55KW explosion-proof motor, with anti-corrosion painting, optimized structure and small footprint in design.
1 Set Mud Mixer Hopper, BWSLH150-50, 150mm inlet caliber and 50mm nozzle caliber, with galvanizing treatment, best anti-rust performance and no corner missed in the process.
1 Set of Mud Tank, 12500×2400×2000mm, butterfly valves, flexible coupling using chemigum, grinding, abrasive blasting，epoxy zinc rich primer, intermediate coat with epoxy micaceous iron，finish paint with polyurethane, film thickness125μ, with 3 layers of paint, Brand of Marine heavy anti-corrosive paint.
Matching fold-able walkway, handrail, manifolds and lightening system are also included. They are in compact structure, which is easy for assembly, dis-assembly and transportation. What’s more, our electrical control system is also equipped, which can control the operation of the whole system.
