Recently we shipped one set of 400 GPM MUD SYSTEM to India.
The mud system is designed according to customer requirements as the below picture.

1 SET MUD CLEANER, BWZS85-1S8N, the combination of desander and desilter, small foot print, and cyclones are interchangeable with cyclones.
2 SET CENTRIFUGAL PUMP, BWSB5X4-11J, 30kw, interchangeable with Mission Pump
1 SETS MUD AGITATOR, BWJBQ7.5, 7.5KW, with galvanizing treatment, best anti-rust performance and no corner missed in the process.
1 SET JET MUD MIXER, BWSLH150-35, with galvanizing treatment, best anti-rust performance and no corner missed in the process.

Except for 400 GPM mud system, Brightway can also provide the solids control solution for 200 GPM, 350 GPM, 500 GPM, 800 GPM, 1000 GPM, 1500 GPM mud system for the horizontal directional drilling.
Brightway’s quality control is to ensure only the equipment passing our test, can be shipped out of factory.
E.g: Shale shaker
We use the balance analyzer to test the shale shaker G force, vibration amplitude, motor speed.
We use the sound level meter to test the noise of shale shaker operation, which needs to below 85 db.
We use the temperature measure to test the motor temperature in operation.
