Brightway mud system, used in horizontal directional drilling(HDD), is widely accepted by the overseas clients. And we have delivered our mixing system to various countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East countries, Singapore, India, Russia, and Australia etc.
We are strict with customer’s requirements and specifications of the mud system for HDD in order to meet customer’s satisfaction. Recently we shipped one set of HDD mud system to match with customer’s HDD rig.
Per customer’s request, they already have one tank with one set of shale shaker and one storage tank, so they want us to design the core part to do the main part of solids separation to together with the two tanks they have to form the compete mud system.
The core part is designed after customer’s approval as below:
Core Part Design of HDD Mud System
This set consists of:
1 set of Mud Cleaner, BWZJ75-1S6N, 2×0.45Kw Explosion-proof Sino-Italy OLI shaker motor, 1×8″desanding cone and 6×4″desilter cone, explosion-proof electrical control.
2 sets of Centrifugal Pump, BWSB5×4-11J, 2×18.5Kw motor, with anti-corrosion painting, optimized structure and small footprint in design.
1 set of Purification Tank, 2.5x2x1.4m, self-clean type structure, with 3 layers of paint, Brand of Marine heavy anti-corrosive paint.

One complete set of accessories which includes valves, butterfly valves, manifolds and ladders is also included. They are in compact structure, which is convenient for assembly and dis-assembly and transportation. Besides, our electrical control system is also equipped, which can maintain and control the operation of the whole system.
Brightway produce the complete Solids Control System for HDD system including: 200GPM, 350GPM, 400GPM, 500GPM, 550GPM and 600GPM etc.
