Recently, Brightway’s 2000HP drilling rig mud system has completed various installation and commissioning work at an oilfield site in Malaysia.
Because Malaysia is located in the tropics and has high temperatures all year round, oilfield drilling projects have relatively high requirements for high temperature resistance of equipment. The 2000HP drilling rig mud system was designed and produced in accordance with the standards of Saudi Aramco in the Middle East. This drilling rig mud system is composed of mud shaker, mud cleaner, vacuum degasser, high speed centrifuge, liquid and gas separator, mud agitator, sand pump, water tank, oil tank and electric control system，which all meet the requirements of oil-based drilling technology under high temperature environment. In particular, this system is equipped with awnings and lighting facilities to prevent heatstroke and facilitate workers’ drilling operations at night.
This Malaysia 2000HP drilling rig mud system is another major cooperation between Brightway and Saudi Aramco. After years of research and many large-scale complete solid control systems exported overseas, Brightway could independently implement international large oilfield drilling solid control projects.
